This research/content writing project is large and will be ongoing for 1-3 months. The project will be broken into pieces of 1 written report. I will pay for one and then you will do it again/further for another report. I will pay for that and you’ll do another, and so on and so on. Each report is worth $50 until my budget of $1,000 is used up. If I love the results, I may continue doing it over and over. I could increase my budget to 2 or 3 thousand if this experiment of mine proves fruitful.  Why would I stop doing that which is growing my business larger? But if it does not help my business grow, then I will not do it again. But to find out, my experiment must be of 20 reports minimum I believe. Anything smaller than that won’t show me the real potential.

You will research and get me as much info as you can for $50. When you believe the info you have for me is worth $50 of your time, you’ll submit the report and get paid. If I agree with you that I got my $50 worth from you, I will continue repeating this with you over and over as long as all the new reports continue being worth their money. Remember it’s not just about pleasing me. The truth of the matter is you have to outsmart and outwork your competition or I will hire them instead of you. Prove yourself to be the winner.

Some of you are smart and some of you are not. Some of you are honest, some of you are not. Some of you will work hard and long. Some of you are lazy couch potatoes that do as little as possible.  If the value of your report is small or the data acquired is small, or the content you write is junk, you will not get another one from me. If I love what you write, we will do this over and over.

The very first report I want from you is nothing but a test. It will show me what you’re capable of. I need to filter out those of you who will do as little for the money as possible. And I need to filter out those of you who can’t write and cant research.

So the first report (test job) will pay a flat $15. In your own words, describe what you will do for the money you earn. Describe how you will do it. Do a bit of research and show me what you find. Show me where you got that info. Write an article, web page content (it can even be fake) so I can see what you’re capable of. Expound upon things, go into detail. Elaborate. Show me your understanding and intelligence is rich. Show me how fast you learn. Show me how well you grasp instructions and my written guidance. Show me you and I are on the same page and understand each other.

Remember this is a test. Spelling, grammar, style, punctuation, humor, all count and will make or break you. If you’re not really good at English, then maybe you should not apply. I will not accept sloppy English.

I will offer this $15 test job to many people and you will all get paid. Then one of you I will decide to keep and you will get the $50 real jobs.

The real $50 reports, I want a minimum of 2 per week. I am willing to pay for a maximum of 4 of them a week. I can afford more, but won’t have time to digest and read more of them than that. Each report you give me, I will write back and tell you what I liked and didn’t like about. I will help you learn how to do better on every subsequent report so you keep getting better and better. I don’t even think you will be of any value to me until you get to around report # 5-10 or so. But go ahead and prove me wrong. But that’s what I expect the learning curve to be.

If you’re a beginner freelance, maybe this is your chance. Each report will count as a job completed. If I like your report, I will give you positive feedback for each report. This may give you the track record to really get going and become in high demand.

Below is what is necessary for the real reports that will be your repeat projects to do over and over, to continually get better and more refined at.

I'm working on making a new sandblasting website, but I'm short on time and wish to find someone who can help me write content with appropriate photos also.

I want you to google sandblasting terms. I will give you a list of search quarries and subject matter relevant to me.

Document which sites (including the URL) are at the top of googles list. Go to those sites and analyze them. Figure out what they did right that got them at the top of googles search results.

Write a report on what my new website must do to get the same results.

Identify their content that made them popular. Copy or write content similar for me that I can use on my new website. Get Pictures for me to use also.

There are sandblasting websites that are way down the list of googles search results. And there are websites at the top of googles results page. There is a recipe for success and failure. I want you to identify the do's and the don't do's. Write me the recipe for success. Show me the pitfalls I must avoid.

Provide me with the content that will put me at the top of googles search results page.

There will be a learning curve here. I know that. The more you research, the more reports you write to me, the more you will learn and the better you will get. I don’t expect a lot from your first few. However I do expect and insist on your fast and continual improvements. It’s not so much about where you are when you start, but it’s about where you can go with your skill set. Where you end up. What you grow into.

Every report you write for me, I will critique it and help you identify what is relevant to me and my business so you will be more accurate on the next report. While I am a sandblasting expert and fabulous at writing content, I don't have the time. I will pay you to study, to learn, to practice and become an expert. I will pay you for fabulous content and photos that my web developer will later put on my website.

After you get good at copying/writing/creating content, I will give you folders of pictures and videos from my jobs. You will create/write content descriptions to match those pictures and videos. After you have learned and turned yourself into a sandblasting expert/content creator, you will take a folder of pictures and create promotional content for those pictures. Some pictures you will get for me to go along with your content. Some I will give to you for writing content about.

I have a large budget and this project has many facets. Later I want to make many YouTube videos promoting my business. I already have lots of video footage and pictures I will hand over to a video editor professional. (probably not you) But if you learn to edit video and get good at it, in 3 months from now, I will begin another stage of promoting my business with video. That stage has a budget of 5-10 thousand dollars. Do you want to start learning now so you can be ready in 3-4 months to do my videos? Are you a self-learner?

This film maker will need text content so they can add voice (audio) descriptions to the video being made. You will work with this film maker giving them content and descriptions so they can add appropriate audio to the the video they are editing. You will do what I can do, but don't have time to do.

I have a $1,000 ready to spend on (you)  for this endeavor. More if you really impress me.

I will pay you in incremental steps as you make progress. I will pay you upfront $50 to get you started identifying which websites made it to the top of googles search results. You send me your first report and I'll let you know what I want more of and less of. Then I'll pay you another $50 to go do it again and write another report. And we'll do this over and over and over. I’ll give you feedback on how to improve for every report you send to me.

When you begin to get the hang of it, and I learn to trust you, I’ll pay you $100 for larger reports less often. The more I learn to trust you and the more confidence I gain in your improving abilities, the larger the pay increments will become.

I don't want to look like a giant rich corporation that does not care about their clients while claiming to honour them. Most corporations put profit highest and customer service much lower. While they claim to love their customers, their websites have a essence about them that shows us they are lying. You ever get that feeling they are lying to you?
